We meet together for church on:
Sundays at 10:00 a.m.
We meet at:
Iglesia Adventista
10110 SE Linwood Ave
Milwaukie, OR
Sundays at 10:00 AM
At present Zing kids is on pause because our children are being served in various ways. We regularly examine the needs of the Amazing Grace family and make adjustments accordingly.
Behind the building (from Linwood) there is a large parking lot. It’s also where you enter the building.
Our worship services typically last for about an hour and 15 minutes. We start with a song and then jump right into the message from God’s Word that lasts about 45 minutes. We then praise the Lord with songs and Scripture, prayer and praise.
Wear what you are comfortable with in public. God looks at the heart. So dress up or come casual it’s all good with us.
The building we are using is accessible and all on one level. If you need any extra help or have questions just give a yell, we’re here to help.
Christians who make up the body of Christ have always gathered together; locally and globally. Our church belongs to a gathering of Christians called the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). You can find out more in our beliefs section.
Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t make our in-person service, you can always watch it live or watch it back here on our YouTube channel.
If you have any other questions or simply want to talk to a pastor, we’re on the other end of this line and are eager to chat with you.
Rain -- Let's get this one out of the way. It rains here. Embrace it! Love it! Live it!
Carver Café -- Twilight fans may appreciate this one, we love the owner!
Cathedral Bridge--You had to know this would be our favorite bridge in Bridge City.
Crossroads Cafe’--A wonderful atmosphere and place to meet a friend. Again, another lovely owner.
Dungeness Crab--Okay, it’s not a place, but they are so delicious...and definitely a PNW specialty.
In-N-Out Burger --Only 42 miles from Portland!!! Take that California!
Powell’s Books --Make sure you grab a map and a GPS to find your way around the largest used/new bookstore in the world (and if it’s not it feels like it).
Voodoo Doughnuts --Normally we wouldn’t endorse Voodoo, but this is the place you’ll take friends who visit. And in all honesty who doesn’t love the Maple Bacon Bar!
There are so many great coffee shops in Portland that the list would be endless! I do have to mention Portland Coffee Roasters both for them as coffee roasters and their coffee shop!
Astoria for Goonies, you know who you are.
Multnomah Lodge for breakfast and Timberline for the snow.
Mount Hood Meadows for skiing and Wyatt would tell me to include Hillcrest for your ski gear.
Cleanline Surf Shop is my favorite surf shop located in both Cannon Beach and Seaside. For a great Portland surf shop that got me started visit Gorge Performance.
The Gorge, Mount Hood, Mount Saint Helens, Haystack Rock, pick a direction and start exploring!
And if you're looking for a church? -- We're partial to one in particular, but thankfully there are many great ones in Portland!
Did we cover the rain? -- Now as an official resident of the Pacific Northwest remember to tell everyone back home that it rains all the time here--moss coming out of your ears! Unless you really like them. Then have them join us!
